
About Sal DiFusco
Sal DiFusco is a renowned guitarist, composer, producer, and educator whose career spans decades of international performance and collaboration. Known for his dynamic artistry and versatility, Sal has written, recorded, produced, and performed with a host of world-class musicians across genres. His original music has taken him to stages around the globe, earning acclaim from leading entertainment publications and audiences alike.
As a solo artist, Sal has released three albums—“Nevertheless,” “Great Exploits,” and “Vanishing Mist”—showcasing his signature blend of jazz-rock fusion. His touring history includes performances in Russia, France, Hungary, Italy, Taiwan, Albania, China, and throughout the United States in cities such as Boston, New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.
Based in Boston, Sal is a Professor at the esteemed Berklee College of Music, where he has inspired students since 1998. He is celebrated for his exceptional technique, deep musical knowledge, and ability to teach a wide array of styles, including rock, jazz, blues, funk, and Latin. Students and colleagues alike recognize Sal for his passion, creativity, and commitment to musical excellence.

In addition to his solo work, Sal leads the acclaimed R&B group “Radiance,” performing throughout New England, and heads his own ensemble, “The Sal DiFusco Project.” His commitment to musical growth is reflected in his studies with legendary educators such as Jon Damian, Jerry Bergonzi, the late Charlie Banacos and Jonathan Kriesberg. Sal holds a Professional Diploma in Jazz Composition from Berklee College of Music.
